He shook his head."Won't do."Then he opened one of the cartons to extract a packet."It won't do,"was again his pronoucement. "What do you mean?"remonstrated an aide."It will sheath the ten-and-half-inch barrel." "There is no labeling,"replied Churchill. "Labeling?" said the confused aide.
